Midnight hour events not showing up on Sunday in week view, ONLY shows up on Sunday on day view

If an event occurs on Sunday between the hours of 12:00am and 12:59am, the event won't show up at all in the week containing that event but will show up during the day view.

If, however, the event occurs on any other day but Sunday from 12:00am to 12:59am, then the event will show up during the week view, but won't in the day view.

I wager these two behaviors are related to the same issue.
