Hello,

When changing to plain text format, the HTML tags used by CKEditor are shown for users. It's often confusing for users because they may want to get the text, not the tags. Do I have the choice to delete the HMTL tags when changing CKEditor to the plain mode?

Hmmm for now CKEditor in Drupal 6 not support input format change, so it isn't possible to do anything with it. Asap it will be version 6.x-2.x of CKEditor module where we add support for input format change, and then everything should works as u except.
