FCKeditor installed but no change in text

What I see is not what I get. The fckeditor does show when I create a forum topic or edit a blog, and I am able to highlight and change the color of text. But when I click "Post comment," it reverts back to the stock Drupal text editor. Nothing is changed.

Could anyone help me out with this? Thanks in advance.
