Will this and menu block work with organic groups? I'm trying to find a way to give my organic group owners a way to display different menus for different sections of their site. og_menu helps, but only in creating the menus.

It only checks to see if there's an active context condition for a menu, so not directly. But if you can tie your groups to a context (like with the Context OG module), it will expose menu blocks when that context is triggered.
