Loose minimize, maximize and close tooltips after editing theme CSS

Hi,

I have homebox installed on my site and use it as a dashboard users can configure. After making a few alterations to my sites CSS, the maximize, minimize and close hover tooltips no longer work.

I have not made any changes to the homebox CSS files and have cleared the Drupal cache and used the flush homebox option, but this did not help. I am using JQuery 1.7.3, as I need this version for other modules. I am also using Drupal 6.20.

I sincerely appreciate any assistance you can provide.
