Core approval message no longer shown if custom message is set

Prior to this patch, when you set a custom message to show users who post comments needing approval drupal would output this custom message -and- the default "Your comment has been queued for review by site administrators" message. Now Comment Access uses a custom form submit function, modified only slightly from the core function. See attached for details.
