Hello There,

I have just upgraded my webform & webform block with the latest version. But i am not able to view my contact form. i have prepared my contact page in webform and now the contact page shows a message as "Submissions for this form are closed", i have even checked my webform setting and enable the submission "open" but after saving the changes of webform settings it again getting set up to "close".

Can you suggest me where i am wrong or what changes do i have make to get enable my contact form..?

Go to the list of your webforms
mywebsitehere.com/admin/content/webform

 

Pick "Edit" from the "Operations" column for the webform that is closed.

 

On the next page pick "Webform" (next to Edit)
mywebsitehere.com/node/****/webform

 

On the next page click "Form Settings"
mywebsitehere.com/node/****/webform/configure

 

Under "Submission settings"
Change the third option "Status of this form" to Open

 

Save configuration

I am having the same issue. And like rajesh_o12 mentioned in his original post, he already tried what you suggested.

So, the problem is we are unable to make the change to "open"

Any other ideas?

I had this problem before. What you have to do, is run update.php after you upload the new module, and the problem should disappear. I got all webforms back open again.

For those who find this post in search of an answer.
Its a caching issue, clearing cache will solve it.
