Version 2 of the Akismet module introduces Drupal 10 support. I increased the major version number of the module, mainly to allow for semantic versioning. Note that minimal core support had to be increased to Drupal 9.4, as we needed a few APIs for Drupal 10 compatibility that were introduced in that version.

Development branch for the 2.x version. 2.x is fully backwards compatible with 8.x-1.x, its only purpose is to adopt semantic version which can not be done without a major version bump.
