Error (typo) in translation de.po.

A typo, this should say "Der Dateiupload ist fehlgeschlagen". This error is already present in version 6.x-3.0.

'fehlgeschlafen' is really funny, could mean someone accidently slept in the wrong bed ;-)

There were some other minor typos in the file and some bad German (from translation). I attached the corrected version.
