Timezone from originating email message involved if new user account is autocreated should be taken and set as a default value for the new user if the option, "set timezone" is switched on. Also the best timezone name value should be guessed as best as possible from email related to user creation.

Fields that need to be set:
"timezone"
"timezone_name"
