Primary menu item redirecting me to the wrong page? [#1033730]

Hi Drupal,

I'm having a really strange problem with my primary menu item 'Register'.

When an authenticated user clicks on the menu item, it redirects him/her to the wrong page despite having the correct path in the settings.

I want it to take them here: drupal/localhost/register
but instead it takes them here: localhost/Drupal/node/115/edit?destination=user/78

Really random because this wasn't happening yesterday?

Can you please help?
