fieldset close button

Hi,

So I made fieldset expanding box and now I want to make a close button at the bottom so that when someone clicks it they will close the expanded box. here is the code I have... I am lost as to how to do this.

As you can see, this is incorrect hah. Can you help me out? I want the text "test" to become the close button. And if it also brought them to the top of the page when they hit it, that would help.
