Hello.

I am a new user of Drupal, and I am already in the stage of personalizing my Web. I have a design and I wanted to implement it in a drupal theme.

I need help and documentation about as building a thema.

There are two ways to go about this. you can find and download a contributed theme or use one of drupal's default themes and manipulate it to resemble your design. or you can start from scratch and write your own. I former is usually much easier as you will then have a skeleton to build muscle on.

for documentation on theme developing http://drupal.org/node/509 is the theme developers guide. you may want to focus on phpTemplate releated material as this is the default theme engine in drupal.
