Update project page for OpenID project

I think it would be helpful to update the project page for OpenID so that people know:

1. What's going on with OpenID and Drupal
2. Can see the "current" issue queue for openid.module as a part of core
3. See additional modules that work with OpenID

What is OpenID?

OpenID is a safe, faster, and easier way to log in to web sites. With OpenID users can join or login to your site using credentials from a number of reputable OpenID providers. To find out more visit http://openid.net/.

OpenID is now part of Drupal core

To submit issues for OpenID v6.x and later visit the issue queue for Drupal core's openid.module here.

Drupal 5 and earlier

Drupal 5 and earlier versions of OpenID are no longer actively supported. Upgrade your site to take advantage of OpenID in D6 and later versions.

Background

The 4.7-1.0 version was originally developed by JanRain to implement OpenID consumer support in Drupal using the JanRain PHP OpenID and Yadis libraries. The 4.7-2.x branch was developed by James Walker and Rowan Kerr to support OpenID 2.x, and include a server and a client component.
