I'm setting up my first Drupal 7 site and use the "install a new module" feature a lot. After this new module has successfully been installed I get to the authorize.php screen that lists some 'logical' tasks to continue with under "Next steps". On this screen I miss the "Install (another) new module" task, as I often install a couple of modules (that co-operate or extend each other) at once before enabling and configuring them.

Note that nor the "Toolbar" module from core nor the "Administration menu" module works on this screen, thus this missing link really adds an additional click.

This issue is a duplicate of #1446650: After installing module display link to "install another module" and #1862094: After installing a theme, display a link to "install another theme", so I am marking it as a duplicate.

The change for modules has already been committed to D8. It is marked for inclusion in D7 in the next non-security release.

There is debate about including the change for themes:

I'm not sure it's that obvious. Most sites have dozens of modules installed, but only one theme.

If you think the "Install additional themes" link is a good idea, then add a comment to #1862094.
