Provide a stable Drupal 7 release

I'd like to interject here that I don't think "stable" is the right word at the moment. You could probably do an alpha release, but I wouldn't push it to beta. I think dev is just the right place.

I'll submit a few issues and perhaps some patches over the next few days, but at the moment, I'm finding the module unusable. I haven't been able to do anything without running into some bug or other (horizontal tabs not working at all, collapsed fieldsets unexpandable, etc).

I'd also like to mention that it was very hard to find this module. I recommend that http://drupal.org/project/field_group include the words fieldset and vertical tabs somewhere, so it's easier to find when people search drupal.org. I was almost ready to start writing this from scratch myself.

Can you please type out the steps to reproduce what you have. It seems to work just fine here. It's not very constructive to just say that it's unusable without providing information on the problems.

You're right, we need more info on the page. I second that it would have been very hard to find, since there's a clear message on the CCK project page where the development of fieldgroup was going to and also in its issue queue too.

Second, we need more documentation too, maybe some video's as well. Horizontal & vertical tabs are a bit confusing to use, but logic once you get the hang of it. Other than, the module is working out fine for a lot of users already, so we're hitting a release probably this sunday - or monday at least.

I am providing steps to reproduce in a bunch of issues I've been opening. Almost spamming the issue queue, as it were.

I never looked at the CCK page or issues - since Fields was D7 core, I just jumped in, and when it didn't have the feature, started searching from http://drupal.org/project/Modules. I should more accurately say I was on the verge of attempting to write this module then abandoning the functionality when I realized how complex it was. Thanks for all your work.

RC1 is a good start :)
I hope to release a stable one in the next week(s). Depending on the feedback.
