Creating nodes from a feed that are not feed item

I have been using Feeds 6.x-1.0-beta4 on a site to import audio feeds as audio nodes. I had the basic settings set to attached to feed and the Node processor settings set to the audio content type. This basically allows my site to import audio feeds from an rss on a periodic basis and all I have to do is publish them after they come in and look them over.

I am attempting to do something similar using the 6.x-1.0-beta 10 version of feeds, but am unsuccessful. When I set the node processor settings to the video content type and create the feed with the appropriate rss url, I get feed item nodes, not video nodes.

If I change basic settings to standalone form, and use http://www.domainname.com/import and use the rss to import the feed, it creates the video nodes fine. This is great, except that this method forces me to check the feed manually, instead of pulling in content based upon a period that I determine.

Can someone help me with this?
