Dog\Repository\Base::commitAll(). The only measurable difference with this commit is we now have control over the text of the reflog message. However, this is a good approach to start adopting for the future anyway.

RepositoryInterface::gitPassthru(). Really, really rudimentary. This is one more indication that the system call logic needs to be revisited and spruced up. Ideally in drush itself.

When dog-init or dog-rollout are run, the Dog\Face has to run in semi-crippled mode, as it can't run any of the ordinary checks to make sure the dog environment is sane (as it doesn't exist yet).
