. avoid losing partial posts (ever did a [reply] > [type a lot] > [browser back]?!)
. make searching more comfortable (ever did a search > [click search result] > [browser back]?!)
. and to generally improve speed with browser navigation (try replying to a comment in a long thread ...)

could this go into cvs, too? i think it should. just browsed debianplanet.org and noticed that it takes ages to browser back to module.php?mod=tracker, for example. because the cache limiter is NOT set.

I notice that this value is still commented out in the conf.php in 4.1RC. I think that uncommenting this line would be smart ...This change requires deleting 2 characters, isn't worth submitting a patch. I mention it here in the hope that Dries or Kjartan will agree and change it themselves.
