The Entity module once provided some useful functions for us, but with the entityFieldQuery class and refactorings in media_internet, it's not useful anymore and is a burden to upgrade / test.

So until we need it again, I'm proposing we remove it. Here is the patch to do so.

I support removing the dependency. No time right now to review the patch in depth. Commit if you're comfortable with it. Otherwise, I'll review when I'm able to.
