The Welcome page "Welcome to your new Drupal website!" contains this text:

3. Enable additional functionality
Next, visit the module list and enable features which suit your specific needs. You can find additional modules in the Drupal modules download section

It links to admin/settings/modules, but
it seems that /admin/build/modules is where we are supposed to go...

Please let me know, it I'm posting these issues in the wrong place. I want to help, not to steal your time.
