Hi

It would be useful tu have always link "block other invitations of this user" and "block all invitations" , and the page with listof blocked users and option do allow some of them. On user account it could be an option "block all invitations" and link to page with blocked users. The blocked page could works similar as privatemsg, you can write name of users whose you want to block, maybe you could see there all chat invitations you had and from who and when.

When user try to chat with someone who block all invitations, he could got a message "This user doesn't allow invitations to chat".

thanks
Igor

Hi Igor,

Hi, Darklord, thanksfor your reply.

I like to use your module, but if you have a lot of users and online users, it is really impossible to add this feature without option to block chat requests, because a lot of people, especially women, could be fast annoing of this.
Maybe a quick solution could be some option for not popup chat window... not sure.

have a nice day and thanks for your work on this module, it looks promising.

Hi Igor,

I think optional integration of this module with UR module will automatically provide this feature. You can then create a particular relationship in UR and relationship invitations/requests can be sent using that module and once the mutual relationship has been established then only will the users appear in the Online Users List of DrupalChat.

I will try to include this in next release.

Hi

I am sorry but I don't think that it is fixed, integration of user relationships IMHO is not the global fix for enabling/disabling of chat request.

E.g. I use friendlist module, so this doesn't help me, or other sites could be without any friend module, so their users couldn't disable chat.

Imho there are various options how to disable chat, e.g. to have link/icon "disable all chat requests" in chat window (near enable chat request only from friends or disable all chat request from this concrete user), and link to personal chat settings in user account e.g. where can be option to disable chat forever, and where user can see all rejected users for chatting, and he can enable some of them, etc.

Just an idea, user could have easy option to enable chat, so it could be internaly chat function which can be called in content profile or in block in php code, and it returns ajax link "disable chat" or "enable chat" ...

have a nice day
Igor

just the question, is there a support for user relationships too? It is almost 2 years old issue, I moved from friendlist to user relationships which is more official, and better supported and developed.

Yes, it works with UR module :-)
