Is this fixed?

I think it's because it is no longer required

@dashton and franz,

The version that I tested back then complained about this file. When I added it from an older release it stopped complaining. As I decided to not use this module anymore I do not know what happened with the missing file. I do not see any reference in the CVS messages nor does the latest build contain the file. As nobody else seems to have the problem it was probably just me and unique to my particular setup. Behavior that cannot be reproduced on other systems, so to speak. I suggest to close this call accordingly as the developer does not seem to bother about this.

Thanks,
Paul

The soonly coming release will solve this.

I am using the latest dev version and it is still asking for this file in order to enable new uploads. Does downloading the beta version of the module, grabbing the file from there and then importing the contents as a file type solve this or will it break things?

The 'soonly' coming release is not as 'soonly' coming as we would have hoped so I'd love to know if there's a way to resolve this at this point in time. thanks a bundle

Now both Beta and Dev releases have the file, I will soon be working on automated nodetype creation / selection on install and later on settings page.
