When an aliased Drupal URL is passed into the link generation function, l() in common.inc, it will never have the 'class="active"' attribute assigned to it. This patch converts the aliased URL to its Drupal system path so proper comparison can be made.

This problem becomes apparent when aliasing URIs in the menu system.
