Currently D7 dialog integration is broken. Need to investigate and probably apply a quick fix and double check that the D6 integration is working as well.

Fixed in D6 by just using ctools. But we don't have ctools completely ported to D7 yet, and I'd really like to use jquery UI. I might need to reconsider using something like Automodal.

Dialog code has been completely backed out of D7 version. Going to try and help with the ctools sprint to bring jQuery Dialog integration to native ctools modals.
