dwwCan you please describe the steps necessary to generate this notice? I've never seen it, though I usually install Project* via the drupalorg_testing distro, so I'm sure that masks some stuff like this since it sets up a lot of things for you. Thanks!

boombatower CreditAttribution: boombatower commentedI believe you just attempt to create a taxonomy vocabulary after a fresh drupal install and enabling project. My test for pift runs into this all the time, I can double check, but I'm pretty sure that's it.
