In chrome 4.0 and safari 4.0 the customize dashboard isn't displayed right. It is a webkit isue as firefox and IE display it very nicely!

Another problem is the done button that isn't responding, but if I leave by clicking another section the changes are saved. (it works in safari)

Ok webkit and jquery ui sortable don't seem to cooperate very well if the sortable elements don't have a height.

Patch fixes this issue.

If Dries or Webchick commits this to head, i'll start a separate issue for the "done button" in chrome
