review:
- 'has been succesfully installed' is a bit formal. I'd like to rephrase that to something that suggests *you* the user managed to do this. (build confidence)
- I may visit my site? Really? Do I have to say thank you now? Let's be less school teacher, more supportive. (really bad tone of voice this)
- A bit early to point to the help pages, I haven't even had a chance to see something I need help with. Also, the main call to action should be last on the page, which is to visit your new site. Let's remove this line. 'Help' is nicely available from the toolbar in default install profile.

webchickWell, mostly because when you install Drupal you're now taken to... a blank page. But it's true that this link is now more prominent with the toolbar, so if this patch has the UX team's thumbs-up then I'm cool with it.
Committed to HEAD.
