Problem/Motivation

CKEditor 5 is came out and this is drop in replacement for CKEditor 4 in Drupal 10. Now it only works with filters, that declare that they work with HTML formats. Therefore, the type of the filter needs to be changed to Drupal\filter\Plugin\FilterInterface::TYPE_TRANSFORM_IRREVERSIBLE
