Now that the icon and icon button have been added, I'd like to use them inside of a dark/light theme toggle.

* On-load the OS level prefers-color-scheme preference should be honored.
* Users can toggle between light and dark mode using an icon button.
* When a mode is set, the `data-theme` attribute used by Open Props should be set on the html element. This should allow the control to hook into the Open Props light and dark themes automatically.
