Problem/Motivation

Add the 'date range' filter that exists on user profile 'all credits' view to the organization page 'all credits' view. Also - add result count to top of view

Steps to reproduce

Example: You can see the date range filter here for users:
https://www.drupal.org/u/hestenet/issue-credits

And here is where we want to add it for organizations:
https://www.drupal.org/node/1646370/issue-credits

Proposed resolution

Replicate the same count and filter options on the org page version of the views, from the examples we already have for user pages.
