Problem/Motivation

When using this module it would be nice to be able to hide the login form and only show the "login with MS" button. As an addition (and to be able to login using local accounts) a option should be added to show the login form using a query parameter.

Proposed resolution

Add an option to hide the login form on the SSO settings page, hide form if enabled.

This is now added in the dev version and will be available in the next release.
