Problem/Motivation

When installing this module, the 2 fields get created for each existing vocabulary, which is just fine. But when creating a new vocabulary afterwards, that vocabulary is missing those fields.

Proposed resolution

Those fields should be created for new vocabularies as well automatically.

Hi Jurgen,

Just FYI, I'm not using Drupal anymore since a couple of years now, using Symfony now.
Because of that, the SLA of my modules and the maintenance are very bad.

However, I just merged the PR, it was looking good.

Let me know if I can cut a release and I'll do it asap.
