Problem/Motivation

When rolling my first webform submission view, i had a hard time figuring out that these are the same.

Proposed resolution

Use "starred" (and only this) for UI, "sticky" internally for BC.

'sticky' is an internal Drupalism and 'starred/flag' is a much more common way to "flag" submissions.

The best we can do is improve the developer documentation.

Thx! NR? I don't see any patch but totally agree this direction is sufficient.
Currently i have no overview, but i guess WebformSubmission::baseFields ist the place to start.
