Problem/Motivation

Using layout builder modal the page.html.twig template displays a sticky and shortcut bar.
Would be nice to keep it as clean as possible

hard to see the white banner so I added a red box around it. But that box stays there when you scroll and covers up content/fields.

I tested the patch on my website and I confirm if it looks a bit cleaner and more organized than before.
