We want to have flexibility of overriding getVocabulares whenever required.

We can refactor "getEntitiesToView" method of BackFillByTermsFormatter and introduce new method getVocabularies()

Looks good to me, merge requests don't get additional module dependencies whilst the project doesn't have a composer.json
