Not possible to reach all group menu items on group page

Steps to reproduce

To to the group page.
Check if you have an arrow and dropdown menu items of the secondary nav.

Improve secondary nav behavior.

User interface changes

The secondary nav does not have a dropdown if a current menu has a lot of the menu items.
