The secondary navigation do not have a correct behaviour on the desktop screen.

Steps to reproduce

Go the group(for example) page
Check behaviour secondary navigation from tablet to desktop(from desktop to tablet).

Proposed resolution

Improve behaviour secondary navigation.

The secondary navigation has a correct behaviour from tablet to desktop(from desktop to tablet).
