Problem/Motivation

It will be useful not to have several pages to see all the sections in a course, without a maximum of sections in that preview to follow the course.

Steps to reproduce

Add a course with more then 10 sections.

Proposed resolution

Add load more which loads the next sections with Ajax.

It was fixed in the PR and will be included in releases 2.14 and 3.0.
