Add class "mt-n5" to the Media Hero Slider section in homepage Layout Builder

Steps to reproduce

When we go to the homepage
Then we should see the not needed space between the top menu and the Hero Slider

Proposed resolution

Change the default content value for the Hero Slider section to have

        layout_settings:
          vlb_section_config:
            vlb_title: ''
            vlb_width: edge2edge
            vlb_gutter: '0'
            vlb_background_color: _none
            vlb_background_media: 0
            vlb_background_edge2edge: 1
            vlb_classes: 'mt-n5'
            vlb_use_advanced: 0
