Unify styling and add summary percentage count

Problem/Motivation

- When on smaller browsers, breaking the text is useful, so we should keep the list items.
- Lack of clear progress meter.
- Inconsistency of summary display with the rest of the sections on the page (where header is border enclosed and there are side borders).
