Add [Entity Usage] module ~2.0 and default entity usage settings

Problem/Motivation

No warning message to let editors know that when they edit an entity it will change in all used places

Steps to reproduce

When a user edit an entity
And we find out that the entity is referenced in number of places
Then we had no warning message to let us know that this will happen

Proposed resolution

Have default config for entity usage settings to show a warning message when we edit media items
