Tighten visual representation and clean up CSS

Problem/Motivation

The visual looks is a bit bland compared to the scannable (for color capable users) of the prior solution.

Proposed resolution

Restore some of the colors, even though we need to apply them a bit differently here. Clean up the CSS while there to make it easier to use. Tighten and unify terminology about Drupal 9 compatibility for easier scannability. Eg. when "Not compatbile" wrapped to two lines, if you just scan it, that was confusing.
