Invalid json in composer.json [#3151602]

https://git.drupalcode.org/project/migrate_devel/-/blob/8.x-1.x/composer... is missing a comma between the drupal/core and drush/drush entries.

Thanks @jonathan_hunt. I'll put out a new release ASAP.

Fortunately this doesn't prevent the project from being installed or used, though it does result in some complaints when using some command line tools like Drush.

Sheesh, JSON is gnarly; I get jitters every time I need to edit the stuff. I've never understood why a package manager for PHP would use a serialization format for the Javascript runtime.

Anyway, I clearly need to get a better JSON syntax highlighter/checker tool, of the shout-at-the-idiot variety. I made this mistake before on the field_formatter_class module.
