This is a new key for the .info.yml file to declare compatibility with Drupal core versions. This is used for core >= 8.7.7.

Committing this change means that Voting API will no longer be compatible with core Drupal < 8.7.7, but as those core versions are no longer supported I do not consider this to be a problem. The bigger issue is that Voting API cannot move forward and become D9 compatible without this.
