Joe had a great point in https://drupalize.me/blog/start-drupal-9-readiness-do-list-using-upgrade... that you need to go elsewhere to understand how accurate the available update information is. We can build in that info though similar to how update module displays it. We go a bit more specific with the label since this is not the main role of this UI, but it is an important secondary role.
