Remove download count fields

field_release_file_downloads does not have any real integration with the rest of project*, and was probably relatively Drupal.org-specific. We can remove the buildout of this field, site owners add any fields they want as-needed. In case this is being used by a site, I do not plan to put in any destructive field deletion.
