Currently some tests are failing on D9 because the core_requirements_key is missing in some modules.

I removed the core and the core_version_requirement key in the test modules and moved them in the "Testing" group. So we don't have to care about the version requirements in the test modules anymore.

Also added some missing defaultTheme properties.
