Adding support for newrelic_add_custom_parameter()
on the basic node edit transactions. Injects supplemental information, such as 'vid', node type, and similar "argument" key-values that aren't immediately available in New Relic. Not all node properties, nor is the entire node object traced here since that might not be necessary for overall debugging and feeding Insights.
Note: this is not using node hooks, but just augments the existing setup.
