It would be good if the Devel module had a .travis.yml file to allow developers to test the module using Travis and Github. I know that not everyone wants to use Travis, that's ok, the primary development route will remain with the patch system here on drupal.org. But for those (me included) who do use Travis for extra testing before submitting patches to drupal.org adding this file will make that possible.
